What a fantastic hat with a surrealist twist! It reminds me of the outrageous and very hip hats that the legendary style icon Isabella Blow was known for wearing with great flair. A "Mad Hat" for a woman who was a bit mad herself. Isabella was the muse of the milliner Philip Treacy who collaborated with bad boy of Brit fashion, Alexander McQueen to make the the now famous Butterfly Hat showcased earlier this year (Spring 2008 collection).
